Free Seminar: Understanding Social Media

Still trying to figure out blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Digg and  all the rest? The mystery will be cleared up this Tuesday from 6-8 pm at the Center For Change, 60 Alvarado Plaza, Monterey (click for a map). Admission is free for Monterey County Democrats volunteers.

Our Communications Director Spencer Critchley will be on hand to explain what social media are, how they fit together, and what value they may hold for you. Spencer has international experience in radio, TV, film, the web and more, including new media work for Congressman Sam Farr, Obama For America, DavidBowie.com and many others. He's happy to provide free consulting and training to Monterey County Democrats volunteers.
