FREE Seminar: "Help! I don't understand my computer!"
Does any of this sound familiar? "Where's that file?" "What is a file, anyway?" "The $%#&* thing just doesn't like me!"
This Wednesday evening, our Communications Director Spencer Critchley will be on hand to give you a basic understanding of how computers work. Not too technical, just enough help you feel more like you're in control, not that bewildering box of chips (and what, after all, is a chip?). Spencer will present it seminar-style, guided by your questions.
Spencer's background includes years spent working with computers as a manager of digital media projects in Silicon Valley, including work for DavidBowie.com, Yahoo!, Silicon Graphics and many others.Wednesday's seminar is part of our ongoing series of training, coaching and consulting sessions for Monterey County Democrats. Need advice on public speaking? Presentations? Photography? Political candidate skills? We have experts in our community, and we're making them available to our volunteers.
